We’ve seen a lot of Tom Whalen around here and why not. His work is colorful, impressive and unique and we always enjoy the variety of subjects he takes on with his projects. For NYCC Tom is dropping some artwork, new and old. Thursday’s releases include a 5-color print of Jason Takes Manhattan, Friday the 13th Part VII. The artwork is 12″ x 18″ and will have an edition of 100 and cost $25. Mr. Whalen’s other release is a set of “Slashers”, the main bad guys from numerous horror films including, Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm Street, Child’s Play, Halloween, Hellraiser and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. The prints are 4″ x 4″ and come in a set of 6 for $30. If you want the extra sketch card it’s going to cost you $60. On sale early tomorrow at 10AM EST on the Strong Stuff shop.
