We’re big fans of video game art, but it’s rare to see movie poster-style prints inspired by video games. So, when they do appear—and look this amazing—it feels like a real treat. This afternoon, Jake Kontou teams up with Hiếu Minh Nguyễn to bring us artwork from the Capcom classic Resident Evil 4. The game was re-released last year and received overwhelming positive reviews with its new upgrades and enhancements. This composition beautifully captures the tense and eerie atmosphere of Resident Evil 4, highlighting key characters and elements while maintaining a cohesive and visually impactful design. The prints are going to feature varnish and metallic ink elements, so they are going to have that extra refined element. Artist Aurelio Lorenzo and master of the seps Juan Saniose also assisted with these. These will be on sale today at 12PM EST on Jake Kontou’s website. Not 100% sure on cost and edition size, but will update once released.
