Transformers Soundwave by Housebear & Beast Wars by George Caltsoudas

I really like what the Moor-Art Gallery has been doing lately. Recently they had some pretty awesome Sonic the Hedgehog prints for Sonic’s 30th Anniversary, and now they are back with more nostalgia releasing brand new Transformers artwork from Housebear aka Justin Froning and George Caltsoudas.

First up are these luscious Soundwave prints featuring Laserbeak and Buzzsaw. Truth be told this was my absolute favorite Transformer back in the day. There was something about that cassette tape that popped out that was so awesome to me. Laserbeak and Ravage had to be my favorites, but there were some other good ones too. The print by Housebear is 18″ x 24″ and will drop in 3 different versions. The “Laserbeak” version will have an edition of 50 and cost roughly $69. The “Buzzsaw” version will have an edition of 25 and cost about $76. The gorgeous holo foil version will have a paltry 10 copies and cost about $90. Got a feeling these will disappear quickly so be on time to the drop.

The other Transformers drop is courtesy of George Caltsoudas. Beast Wars is an 18″ x 24″ print that will be available in two versions. The “Dark” version will have an edition of 50 and cost about $62. The other version, “Light”, will be a timed release edition costing about $55, on sale through November 5th.
