Tuesday Bottleneck Gallery starts off their week of releases with some new artwork from Jim Pollock. Pollock’s original pieces always induce a panicked rush to purchase and these prints will no doubt be gone just as quickly as past releases. Fruit Fish is a series of colorful fish created and printed by Pollock himself. The linocut prints are 12.5″ x 12.5 ” and will come in a variety of colors, 7 in all, with one charity print to support the ongoing crisis in Ukraine. The full rundown of prints, edition sizes and price are below. We also caught a brief glimpse of some Darkman prints, that quickly vanished. I remember seeing this movie as a kid, but it has been quite a while since I revisited it. From what I can tell, this film basically has no AMP’s for it, so it will be interesting to see if this one resurfaces or goes the way of Greg Ruth‘s Gunpowder Milkshake print that never saw the light of day. Time will tell. In the meantime, Pollock’s Fruit Fish prints go on sale tomorrow at 12PM EST on the BNG website.
