While Bottleneck Gallery technically won’t be at SDCC this year, they will be promoting booth exclusives with ISH and will have a slew of online releases during the show, starting with this stunner here from Martin Ansin. Way back in 2020, Ansin and Mondo teamed up and did a pretty amazing print for A New Hope. That one was released as a timed edition and foil variant, the former of which sold over 2500 copies (!) and why not the artwork was sublime. Now four years later, he returns with BNG to do Empire Strikes Back and the artwork is just as good if not better. Some great imagery in this one and BNG is giving it the acrylic panel treatment along with a timed and foil release when they go on sale today at 12PM EST. The timed regular edition will be on sale through Sunday, July 28th at 11:59PM EST. The presale went very quick so if you want to snag one of the acrylic of foil editions, you better get there on time.
