Mutant continues their Shudder 10th Anniversary celebration this afternoon with two new releases dropping at 12PM ET, The Devil’s Bath by Mark McCoy & Revenge by Sara Deck. McCoy’s The Devil’s Bath captures the oppressive dread of Veronika Franz and Severin Fiala’s gothic period horror. Rendered in stark black and white, his piece feels like an artifact unearthed from the film’s bleak 18th-century world. Sara Deck’s Revenge, on the other hand, erupts in searing pinks and purples with an empowering visual for Coralie Fargeat’s razor-edged feminist revenge thriller. Deck’s work embodies the film’s transformation from victimhood to vengeance. Both prints will be on sale soon via Mutant.
