This afternoon Bottleneck Gallery and Bruno Vergauwen team up to drop artwork for the 90s action film The Crow starring Brandon Lee. When we saw this artwork revealed yesterday, our jaws literally dropped in awe of how good the composition looks. Vergauwen uses fantastic colors used throughout and the likeness looks spot on. Love the details in the wings and how the city comes through in the background, just a thoughtful, finely crafted alternative movie poster. This one drops in regular and variant additions, but a little different this time around as only the regular will be screen printed and offered in a multi-layer acrylic while the variant will be offered as just a standard acrylic panel. Have to think this is a missed opportunity here as the variant’s different composition would make for a great additional pickup, but hey, you can’t have it all. These beauties go on sale today at 12 PM Eastern time on the BNG website. If you are interested in picking one up, act fast, these won’t last.
