Bottleneck Gallery is dropping new Star Wars artwork on Tuesday, but this set features some different, yet familiar artwork from the original trilogy. For this release artist Alex Hovey is focusing on some of the animal life that populates the Star Wars universe. His 3 prints, Tusken, Hoth Morning and Face Off all focus on the prominent creatures from the films. Tusken, focusing on the Banthas and Tusken Raiders or Sand People from Episode IV. The Empire Strikes Back, Episode V print shows TaunTauns and the Wampa, which was responsible to capturing and almost devouring Luke Skywalker. Finally from Return of the Jedi, the vicious Rancor. All of the prints are 24″ x 36″, will cost $60 and have editions of 150. You can purchase the 3 prints as a set as well for $175.
