Thursday, Bottleneck Gallery drops artwork for the second Harry Potter film with artwork from renown artist and illustrator Drew Struzan. Struzan has created classic movie artwork for iconic films, including Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Back to the Future, and E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. His Harry Potter artwork is also quite good with this release being a 16 color screen print with an acrylic print also available. Interestingly enough, Struzan’s artwork for the first film, The Sorcerer’s Stone, was the only one that Warner Brothers used. While there was a plan for Struzan to create the official artwork for the other films, a change in leadership led to photographic images being used in subsequent films. So technically all the artwork after the first film are indeed alternative movie posters. BNG released the first film’s artwork back in April and here is your chance to get prints the next film.
