To celebrate the upcoming release of the new film Godzilla vs Kong, Mondo is teaming up with Phantom City Creative to bring two unbelievable works (and tiki mugs) to the masses. We are quite familiar with the work of Phantom City Creative. They have been putting out high quality pieces of famous comics, games and films for some time now. With the release of the mega blockbuster Godzilla vs. Kong, PCC does an amazing job melding the two beasts in a way only they can. I’m really amazed at the details in the work, but I shouldn’t be. This high quality work is par for the course for Phantom City. Looking at the piece a bit closer, I saw Godzilla first, but maybe you saw Kong first? Could this be another debate along the lines of laurel vs. yanny? It probably won’t be that divisive, but let us know which one you saw first below. The regular and variant version of the prints are 24″ x 36″ and both come in edition sizes of 200. Both will be available for purchase later today on Mondo’s Drop.
