Dune: Part Two – Gold Foil Variant by Kilian Eng

Available at the recent Mass Mini Con and previously released in April of this year, Mutant dropped a Gold Foil variant of Kilian Eng’s Dune: Part Two artwork. The earlier release was headlined by two bold color editions, rendered in deep reds and burnt oranges that emphasized the epic scale of the film. Eng’s composition features a central circle framing Paul Atreides, Muad’Dib, and Chani, surrounded by scenes from the story arranged in panel-like sections that create a balanced, symbolic layout. Textured detailing gives the impression of desert winds and sand sweeping across the piece, while the Gold Foil variant shifts the tone, where the red and orange versions captured raw conflict and heat, the gold and yellows lend the artwork a more refined, almost mythic quality.

Quantities are extremely limited, as some copies were already made available at Mass Mini Con, so tomorrow’s drop will be a small allocation. The Gold Foil edition goes on sale through Mutant tomorrow at 12PM ET.
