Batman ’89 by Peter Strain & Batman: The Animated Series by George Bletsis

It seems we have a subtle fondness for Batman. This became clear when we realized our archives feature more artwork of the Caped Crusader than any other character or franchise, second only to Godzilla. How this happened is a mystery, but with the release of new Batman artwork tomorrow from Bottleneck Gallery, that collection is poised to grow even further.

Peter Strain‘s piece, inspired by the 1989 Batman film, highlights the iconic rivalry between Batman and the Joker with a striking design. George Bletsis’s artwork for Batman: The Animated Series showcases Batman rising above his enemies, capturing the bold, dramatic style of the series. Both pieces will feature screen print and acrylic panels of both their regular and variant editions. They are on sale tomorrow at 12PM EST on the Bottleneck website.
