On Thursday we get a real treat from Vice Press when they will be releasing the An American Werewolf in London original international one sheet. As I’ve posted about other Werewolf in London poster drops, I’ve come across this print and when I initially saw it I was very impressed with it’s simplicity as well as its effectiveness in conveying what the film was about. The title and credits block on the other two American Werewolf in London prints by Gabz and Ferguson and released by Vice Press, are very similar to this one and would seem to draw inspiration from this artwork and design. Very cool. The remastered print by Ferguson will drop in two editions, an A2 editions version and an regular alternative movie poster sized edition. The 24″ x 36″ print will also be a screen print, which is somewhat rare for Vice Press as they usually tend to do lithograph prints, which is also a plus. These go on sale tomorrow August 17th at 1PM EST in the Vice Press shop.
